VORBEREITUNG: 24 STUNDEN

250 g Schwarzbrot, 50 g Hefe, 1 Zitrone oder Zitronensäure, 4 Liter Wasser, 200-250 g Zucker, 4 1-Liter-Flaschen aus dickem Glas

Getrocknetes und zerbröckeltes Schwarzbrot mit heißem Waser begießen und für ein paar Stunden lassen. Nach Abkühlen durch ein Sieb seihen, dann Zucker, aufgelöste Hefe und Zitronensaft zugeben. Alles für 24 Stunden wegstellen, dann in die Flaschen eingießen und dicht verschließen. Flasche für drei Tage an einem kalten Ort stehen lassen.
